Lola and Chaos are both 3 year old deaf female Boxers. They are littermates but Chaos is like a 'mama' for Lola who is a little shy and insecure. full... she's hit a dead end. Can you help her by rescuing, fostering, adopting, donating towards the dogs, or networking? When I entered their 'territory' (backyard), they attacked me with slobbery kisses and happy tails. They are very friendly, sweet, lovebugs with irresistible mugs. They were raised with children, love to play with tennis balls, and very bonded to each other. They would love to be rescued together, but they can be placed separately with a wonderful family. Please help network these wonderful girls. Mabel is a wonderful calm 3 year old miniature schnauzer mix. She is quiet and cuddly and just adores people. She weighs 20 pounds and is just an exceptional companion. Sam and Bee are two loveable dogs who have grown up together and would like to find a home together. They have been here two and one half months and really would like to move on. This is what we call a “sponsored” adoption meaning a benefactor has already covered the fees. (They are not in danger of being euthanized, so we aren't asking for 'another rescue place' to take them.) We just want them to find a loving, forever home WHERE THEY CAN BE KEPT TOGETHER! To separate them would not be good as they are totally BONDED to each other.
Bee is a 6 year old male Shepherd mix dog. Bee is a wonderful boy, very sweet and obedient, walks well on a leash and listens well! And he's house trained too! Bee is already neutered and would make a great addition to any household.
Sam is a 2 year old neutered male Chow mix. Sam is a great dog, he is house broken, and he listens to voice commands and would make a wonderful companion for just about anyone. Sam should be fine with other dogs but we do not know about cats. Sam came into the animal shelter with his buddy 'Bee' who is also available for adoption. Both dogs together make a handsome pair!

 this beautiful appendix quarter horse is available to rescue at San Bernardino City shelter. he has been there way too long and needs to get out ASAP. he was found wondering the streets of Fontana. He is tattooed but his owner has not claimed him. Again, he is available to a reputable rescue only! Can someone please help him? He is going crazy in the stall there, pacing around and around. He is 4 or 5 years old, dapple Grey, about 16 hands tall. ( horse people will know what I mean!).
Tobey is a small white/tan Terrier/mix. He weighs 12lbs 6oz. He has all his medical records and is up to date with all his shots including rabies. Tobey is also microchiped. He gets along with other dogs, cats and is good with children. It saddens me to have to post this ad but we could no longer care for him. We are looking for a family that could provide for his necessites as well as offer tobey lots of love. Here is a maltese/bijon little 4-6 year old will be going up for adoption soon. He is being fostered now. He was found wandering around in DHS in pretty bad shape. He was neutered, chipped, shots and he had surgery on his knee cap, but he his looking good. He is the darling of Desert Dunes animal hospital and will be coming out in 1 day. He has really had a horrible past and has been thru so much. But through it all he manages to be a friendly and sweet little guy who loves to be loved by people. Papa & Pumpkin were rescued from a busy intersection during morning rush hour traffic. Since then, they have been in my care but are in desperate need of finding a forever home. Papa is a gentle three year old Shiba-Inu/Chihuahua who is calm and quiet. He does not jump up on people, but will stand in place and wave to express his excitement. He loves to go on walks, but trembles with nervousness during car rides. He gets along well with dogs, cats, and strangers. Papa would settle in comfortably into a calm household with someone who enjoys giving him reassuring snuggles. Papa was neutered and vaccinated on 3/21/10, but needs to be microchipped.
Pumpkin is a two year old energetic Shiba-Inu/Chihuahua mix who acts like a puppy. He will jump up to greet you and race over to meet other dogs. He enjoys fetching squeaky toys and wrestling with other dogs. He also does well with cats. Although he is still getting used to car rides, he is doing all right. Although he is not housebroken, he has improved since getting neutered on 3/31/10. He was also vaccinated, but needs to be microchipped. I have not seen either interact with children since they are in hiding due to HOA violation, but a supervised visit can be arranged.  Flicka is a three year old white male Shih Tzu who was dumped at the Baldwin Park shelter o...n March 12th. Weighing fifteen pounds this medium energy boy was probably hit by a car and as the result has a crooked jaw, and his right front leg, although healed, is turned at an awkward angle. However he seems happy and does not seem to be in any pain at all. Flicka likes people, however he is a little tentative when you first try and pick him up, although we think it might have something to do with his former injuries. Recently groomed, Flicka will make a good pet for a compassionate adult, but is not recommended for

There are two full-bred Tibetan Terrier girls, Katie and Allie, who are looking for a loving home. They are litter sisters and are between 8-10 yrs old, paperwork cannot currently be located about them. Ideally, it would be best to keep them together. They were living in an Orange County, foreclosed home with the owner's son visiting 2 times a day to take care of them. The owner has been moved to a nursing home/assisted living due to severe depression and multiple strokes. It seems that the dogs may have essentially been neglected for the past 2 years - loved and taken care of but neglected in terms of not being the center of attention.
They are sweet and housebroken (but may need a refresher since they are only checked in on 2 times a day now). Katie is a bit plump as she has a thyroid problem so she is on soloxine (nothing that is too terrible or expensive). Dogs at CV Shelter in Thousand Palms need help
This is Sadie. She weighs about 15 pounds, but needs to gain a little. She's probable Italian Greyhound or Whippet mixed with something else. Her picture was sent to an IG breed rescue and they said she looks like a mix.
Does anyone recognize this lovely black lab dog with the distinguishing white feet? He was brought in to the Coachella Valley Animal Campus shelter on Saturday, August 21. This sweet boy was found in the vicinity of Cook Street and Merle (between Fred Waring and Hovley) in Palm Desert wandering as a stray. He is an unaltered male dog, young with an estimated age of 2 to 3 years. His two front feet are white, and he has a patch of white on his chest. The couple who brought him in were heartsick they could not keep him as they are renters. This dog, along with a couple hundred others, is at the following Riverside County shelter:
